We are excited about the year...lots are in stall for us:
1. We are doing 12 four day cources over the next 3 months. this includes red meat, the do and don't, White meat, Seafood, bread baking, Cakes and desserts and also an Italian evening as well as South African Fusion Cooking!!! There's also a 4 day course on dinner and entertaning of geusts!

2 I am also working very closely with Bites and Sites in doing their Traditional South African part for their geusts. A fantastic concept, where geasts are taken on tours around Stellenbosch and then partake and learn to cook a Traditional meal, either Malyan, Xhosa or Cape Country cooking! CookingForward is a cooking school in Somerset West, near Cape Town, South Africa. We specialise in hands on cooking classes, training , functions, private dinner parties catering and teambuilding.
