CookingForward is a cooking school in Somerset West, near Cape Town, South Africa. We specialise in hands on cooking classes, training , functions, private dinner parties catering and teambuilding. The owner is Jan Bester, a food and wine lover, former part-owner of Paddagang in Tulbagh ( known for their Tradional Cape Food ). Hence Jans' love for South African Fusion Cooking!!!!!

And a hearty welcome to CookingForward for 2011!!!!!!
We are excited about the year...lots are in stall for us:
1. We are doing 12 four day cources over the next 3 months. this includes red meat, the do and don't, White meat, Seafood, bread baking, Cakes and desserts and also an Italian evening as well as South African Fusion Cooking!!! There's also a 4 day course on dinner and entertaning of geusts!

2 I am also working very closely with Bites and Sites in doing their Traditional South African part for their geusts. A fantastic concept, where geasts are taken on tours around Stellenbosch and then partake and learn to cook a Traditional meal, either Malyan, Xhosa or Cape Country cooking! 3 The French Culture and Food tour to Vichy is on!!! The program is packed with activity, and siteseeing, and there are only 3 places left....so please contact me and book. info@cookingforward.co.za or 0828977668.
4 Another exciting developement is that I now do home catering for at your house!! And clean up afterwords!!!!! Talk to me....and let's impress your geusts!
