What a wonderful time of the year....everywhere people are getting into the Chrismas mood ( in South Africa translated as Holiday mood!)
This inspired me to do a Chrismas Menu for the Monday class...with a twist...and will post one or two ideas later this week!
I also got hold of an Indian chef, Patsy Naidoo. She has agreed to teach me and my students proper Indian Cooking.....starting Saturday 26th ....and the following week...dates to be cofirmed! What a privilage!
I also find , that due to the wonderful economic situation of the world we live in, that home cooking are becoming more popular.... invite me....and I can do all your prep, cooking, serving and cleaning up at your house ( and I love it!!!) when you have friends or colleges over for dinner this holiday season!!!!!!
