Valentines day forward...............

Cooking Red meat is always a challenge.....especially if you want to have it perfect.... This Thursday evening(17/02)  we are doing  Steak Diane, Roast loin of lamb and and Steak au poivre!!!!!   Class starts at 7pm and please book before Wednesday eve in order to help me with buying the ingredients.

Saturday morning(19/02) from 10am we are doing Lamb with dates and honey, Roast lamb with asparagus and Parmesan filling and Roast beef with easy Bearnaise sauce.....please confirm bookings before Friday 2pm. This also promise to be a fantastic cooking....and I can already taste it!

Monday evening (21/02)we are doing preparation  of white meat, and three recipes in Durbanville!!! I will confirm the address later this week!

..............and keep your dairies ready because we are planning to do one day painting and cooking workshops... I'll keep you posted on this!!!
